All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the legally required value-added tax. The listed prices, product images, and product descriptions are provided without guarantee. Delivery times, availability, and errors are subject to change.
Orders can only be canceled on the same day; otherwise, they are considered binding. In case of delivery obstacles, you will be promptly informed via email. The availability of the offered items remains reserved. Delays due to unavailability from suppliers or missing information from the customer do not entitle the customer to any claims.
For orders over CHF 100, we offer free shipping and packaging within Switzerland. For orders below that amount, we charge CHF 2.50 for packaging plus the actual postage costs. For international shipments, the actual postage costs plus CHF 2.50 for packaging will always be charged.
Payment for goods ordered from Reto Stadelmann is made by invoice. Payment terms: 30 days from the invoice date.
The supplier undertakes to exercise due care and deliver the products in good quality. Complaints are only possible within 10 days in case of incorrect delivery or manufacturing defects. Prior contact with us (by phone or email) is mandatory before returning the goods; otherwise, we cannot accept the return. The customer must return the goods at their own expense in unused, perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
We only collect the data that is strictly necessary and use it for order processing purposes. All personal data is treated confidentially. We are entitled to use personal data for credit checks and credit monitoring purposes as part of a data exchange.
For free downloads, Reto Stadelman allows copying the music for rehearsal and performance purposes. However, the copyright of the text and music remains unaffected. Public performances require licensing. Resale is not permitted. Changes and adaptations require the composer's approval.
